Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deckly mobile application ("Deckly", the "App"), an independent app operated from Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Deckly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Deckly is a daily planning and habit-tracking application. It lets you create routines, to-dos, and projects, and track your progress over time. Using Deckly requires an account, and full access requires an active subscription.

2. Your account

You create an account with your email address and a PIN, or by using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, if higher) to use Deckly.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

  • Deckly offers auto-renewing subscriptions on a weekly and annual basis. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase and is charged in your local currency where supported.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial ends, the subscription begins and your Apple ID is charged unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, our servers, or the third-party services we rely on.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or your subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Deckly and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the App for you.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store and payments), a cloud backend provider (hosting, authentication, and database), and a subscription-management provider. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deckly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will communicate material changes in-app or by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
